Role:

IT product manager who will develop and implement brand’s product strategy in the stage of rapid growth and business expansion, will integrate data-based decision-making in the company culture.

What will you do:

• Develop and integrate product strategy
• Build roadmap and work with existing backlog
• Analyse existing market proposition and competitors
• Communicate with clients, conduct research
• Integrate analytics, metrics and build dashboards
• Create and test product hypotheses

Main Objective: We are looking for a Project Manager in our Global Project Management team with experience managing complex projects and build  lasting relationship with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control project activities for the CIS/MENA
• Monitor compliance with the deadlines of each project stage
• Evaluate the effectiveness of decisions made for project progress
• Maintain constant communication with the partners (in English)
• Identify points that can be improved and propose solutions
• Work with project performance indicators
• Control settlements with contractors and document flow for the project

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in project management
• Excellent spoken and written English (upper intermediate and above)
• Experience working with documents and a systematic approach to business
• Availability for possible business trips
• Advanced communication and can-do attitude
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting
• Readiness for both routine work and work in a startup model
